Joe Miller, owner – Joe moved to Vail in 1964 from Grand Forks, ND, and is an alumni of the University of ND. Joe came to Vail to experience the beautiful Rocky Mountains and to help build what would become one of the world’s premier ski resorts. Joe purchased his liquor store in 2004 after retiring from being a well known and popular chef in Vail and Beaver Creek. His current hobbies include pampering his classic cars, walleye fishing in Canada with a group of his fraternity brothers, and pheasant hunting in SD with a small group of local buddies.
Scott Seitz, manager – Scott moved to Vail in 1979 from Greenwich, CT. He has been in the liquor business for many years, most recently as the manager of Joe’s Liquors. Scott is very knowledgable of wines and local brews. Need help, ask Scott.
Joe’s Liquors is committed to the wellbeing of the Valley and is a sponser of the Swift Eagle Charitable Foundation.
While the buildings may have changed over the years,

At Joe’s Liquors we strive to uphold those values to their fullest and provide our customers with the best service possible. Our store is cozy, stocked with hand picked local spirits and brews, and focused on making your purchase a pleasant experience.
